We are a home based pet grooming salon in Lawrence, MA specializing in making your fur babies look and feel furbulous! We offer various services from Bath all the way to pet safe hair color. Cancellation Policy
When cancelling an appointment, a 48-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% cancellation charge.
Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.
There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $15 late fee will be added to your service. After 20 minutes we now have the option to cancel the appointment and implement the 50% same-day cancellation fee.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation charge! Please respect the time of your service provider.
If you do not agree with any of our policies, then we believe we may not be the right business for you. By booking your appointment, you agree to honoring all our policies.
